I could not recommend Pryme more. The morning of our move, they called to tell us one of their trucks broke down. I was expecting them to say we had to postpone our move, but they did the opposite - they just gave us a heads up that they were sending out their entire team (seven people when we only had booked two!) to expedite our move to fit in all their clients for that day at no extra charge. They had our apartment loaded, drove to our new house and unloaded in a little over an hour. So fast! It was the easiest move of my life. Their communication was wonderful, all the employees were kind, fun and professional, and our belongings were moved with care. Use these guys, they are great.

Everything was great from start to finish Started with a phone call to get a quote, I went through the house detailing EVERY large item they were to move along with a rough estimate on boxes per room. Received the quote later that day. When the movers arrived they were very profession but also relaxed and nice, we went through the house quickly showing what needed to go and they got to work. At one point they even helped shovel some dirt out of a raised garden bed so it could get the weight down enough that they could move it. Items were wrapped and loaded on the truck with care. At the new house they followed directions and efficiently got everything to the rooms they were supposed to go to, and even put furniture in those rooms in sensible locations if not directed beyond the general room. When final total came (as it's based on time, etc) it fell in the lower range of the already reasonable estimate. Very pleased. 10/10 would use again, but at the same time, I don't plan to move again any time soon haha.
